Taylor is responsible for leading the Borterra Drilling Equipment division and driving performance across P&L, project execution, and customer success. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University, she works across sales, project management, operations and finance teams to turn complex drilling equipment challenges into practical, field-ready solutions. Taylor spends time directly with customers on site to understand their operations firsthand and ensure our technology performs.
