Operators control LP RodBot by radio remote, choosing between direct control, where they control each joint; linear control; point-to-point path control; and AI Vision Detection, where RodBot visually identifies rod and mast positioning. Controls are simple to learn.

LP RodBot integrates a hydraulic robotic arm, magnetic gripper and modular rod cassette with a tracked carrier. At only 7’3” high (stowed for transport), the unit can be moved by forklift.

The standard LP RodBot configuration is designed for down-the-hole drilling. It can also be adapted for reverse circulation, diamond core, top hammer and other drilling applications.
